CTE QUIZ BEE

 Participants
Each team will have three representatives from any year level. They should have not
joined other contested activities. A total of 15 participants are expected to join.
 Schedule
The CTE Quiz Bee will be conducted virtually on December 15, 2021 (Wednesday) at
9:00 am. A Google Meet link will be sent by the facilitators.

 General Mechanics
1. The said contest shall be conducted into three (3) rounds: EASY, AVERAGE, AND
DIFFICULT using the __________________. Each contestant will go to
___________ and enter the code that will be given by the facilitators.
2. Questions will focus on general education subjects and professional education
subjects.
3. The contestants answer on their own devices, while questions are displayed on a
shared screen. Each question will have a corresponding point.
4. SCORING MECHANICS:
The contest shall follow a point system of scoring.
o Easy Round - 1 point
o Average Round - 3 points
o Difficult Round - 5points
5. In case of a tie, a clincher will be asked and is worth 1 point.
6. The contestant with the highest score will be declared as the Champion. The next two
highest scoring contestants shall be declared First and Second Runners up
respectively.
7. Winners shall be awarded during the culminating Activity on December 17, 2021.
