a. Civil Service Commission

ii. Role
1. Created to oversee the integrity, responsiveness, progressiveness and courtesy of civil
servants.
2. Central personnel agency of government
3. Includes to oversee, appoint, and discipline personnel
4. Provides CSC examinations
iii. Functions
1. Hear and Decide Administrative Agencies
2. Review decisions and actions of its offices and agencies
3. Officers may be liable for contempt
4. Decisions may be brought to the Supreme Court
iv. Structure
