Dear Sir,

I've been working as a team leader for your company for the past 5 years. I was
always devoted to the Formonix Company. All of the assignments and projects I was in
charge of were completed on schedule. You are undoubtedly aware that I am paid
poorly and that I requested a wage increase last year. I sought to request wage
increases but did not receive a response from you.

My present wage is insufficient to support my family's needs, therefore I'm asking

for a raise. I just received employment offers from other businesses, and the pay is
significantly greater. However, because I am committed to our firm, I have chosen to
send you this letter again.
