Case Study #2

I will tell Frankie that there are individual differences, and success is not
only rooted from one’s intelligence. There are many factors in achieving success
and intellectual ability is just one of them. He needs to realize that there are
people who are not “book-smart” but wise and experienced, or has an ability to
make smart decisions in life.

There are many businessmen claims that they are not so wise in school,
even some of them were dropouts, but it didn’t stop them to achieve success. But
people should also realize that we have differences and owns a different set of
skills. So, it doesn’t mean that one’s experience can relate to you too. In
conclusion, Frankie should not be shocked that his friend, Rudy, is more
successful than him.
