REFLECTION NO.1

Most human beings are in a constant struggle to enjoy life because they worry
about the tinniest problem there is in life, from a politician they do not like to the honk
of a car passing. With that I am trying to highlight that we worry about those things
like our time in this Earth is unlimited, but it is not because anything can happen at any
time that could send us back to where we came from. That is why when a person
realizes that he does not have time bought in this life or have reached rock bottom in
his life, that person is going to enjoy every single moment of his life, living one day at a
time. In consequence realizing the limitation of life promote that an individual has a
meaningful life, because that person would understand that having the notion that life
and death are not opponents but complements of each other, would promote a more
relaxed way of living; and that way of living I think starts by acknowledging that a
person does not have to think that having something or being with someone must give
meaning to their life. Because no ones meaning of life should rely on having a thing or
person, the meaning of life should rely on ones again in knowing that life might be
short and by having the privilege of being a life and breathing should push everyone to
try to have a meaningful life simply by being happy with yourself. Also, as human
beings when we have something for a limited time, like one week of vacation, we tend
to enjoy it more and nurture it more, and that element I think is the beauty in life, that
notion of limit is not a bad thing, it is a good thing that keeps us from the chains of
anguish by the time that passes. And we see at the limit that life has an opportunity for
learning and personal growth, which prepares us for the moment when we must leave
this life, with a clear conscience that depending on the beliefs of each person, it
allowed them to live meaningfully each moment in the best and happiest way possible.
