Good morning Professor and Class, my name is Danna as part of my presentation, I will be

discussing Drop box for Distance learning.

Drop box allows users to store files in the cloud, synchronize files across devices, and share, its a

solution or service that allows you to save files online and access them anywhere from any

platform.

According to Cohen and Bailey’s journal of management, 1997. The term Teams refers to a

group of individuals that are codependent in tasks and share obligation and accountability for

results or outcomes. They function as complete social entity set in larger social system(s), with

contacts across organizational borders being managed.

Sharing is dividing a part or portion of a larger amount among a number of people, or to which a

group contribute.
