It is acceptable to agree your requirements about packaging and discount for the order.

However, Hanoi has implemented a quarantine time until September 16, 2021 and all
the transportation units have to stop due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandamic, so it is
unable to ship on September 5. Instead of, we will try to deliver to you as soon as
possible and ensure no later than the end of this month.

In addition, the pandamic affects the economy severely, our company is also involved.
Thus, we are not able to offer 30-day credit as usual because we need the profit to
maintain our business.
