VACANCY : PROJECT ENGINEER - SALES

Job Description

 To provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients

 To ensure all inquiries (RFQ / ITB) and quotations/proposals submission (technical &
commercial) are handled professionally and in timely manner.
 To prepare project estimation, bid deliverables and coordinate suppliers/sub-Contractor
submission.
 To review the Project Contract Document / ITB and understand contractual requirement
in term of Engineering, Client Specification and deliverables.
 Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing
and prospective clients.
 To participate and assist Business Development Team in developing strategic plans and
maintain a good rapport of relationships with clients, partners, and principal.
 Work with the company’s Engineering and Project Management Teams to plan and
enhance products to meet customer needs, assist Engineering in researching and
developing new products based on current and future market trend.
 Provide support to the Project Management/Project Execution Team during
presentations/meetings to demonstrate our solutions-based capabilities to the clients.
 To provide full support when necessary to the Project Management Team during Post
Award Contract as well during the construction/execution phase.
 Ability to multi-tasking: able to complete several tasks together and meet up with
deadlines.
 Other related duties as assigned by company.

Education & Experience

 Minimum Holder Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering

 Proficient in Microsoft computer application software.
 Good command of written and spoken English (compulsory).
 A self-motivated team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
 Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and ability to positively motivate
business development and marketing.
 Strong public speaking and presentation skills required
 Able to travel (Domestic & Oversea).
 Experience in Technical Sales, Project Management and Skid Packages for Oil & Gas is
advantageous.
 Experience in Pre & Post Contract Supply Chain works for EPCC projects.
 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
