I. OBJECTIVE :
To provide an additional welfare/benefit for contract employee up to one year.

II. PROCEDURE :
 HR Department has responsibility to execute this policy when followings evidence occur, any
request payment will be approved by HR Manager.
 Employees shall be noticed to receive then sign when receiving.

1 National day (02/09) VND 400,000 /staff

2 Annual health check-up VND 150,000 / staff

3 Tet festival - 13th. month salary based on company


performance and will be ratio when staff
has under 01 working year
- ABC products gift - total amount will be
decided by Mancom.

4 Victory & labour days VND 400,000 / staff

5 Wedding VND 500,000 / staff


6 Employee visit when sick, accident … VND 100,000 / case
7 Compassion ( parents/ wife or husband, child ) VND 400,000/ staff

8 Pregnancy - Can be advanced VND 3,500,000


- One feeding month off with full payment
Visit baby delivery - VND 200,000 / case

9 Accident during working time & the Medical fee will be charged by company
way from house to company and vice versa
10 24 insurance hours (permanent employee Managed by company
only)
