6 Connection to External 6-2 Control Inputs & Outputs (I/O

Equipment Terminals)
Do not do preliminary solder on the part of the wire
front end treatment connected to the European
6-1 External Control System terminal. A bad connection may be caused because of
aging degradation.

Interfaces

 Use shielded cables for the communication cables.

 Use M2.6 screws to fix the connector to the
controller.

 Removal of the terminal block should be done only

while the power to the controller unit and external
equipment is turned off.
 Using the "24 V" mark as a guide for vertical
orientation, attach the terminal block correctly.
 After the attaching the terminal block, push it until
the locking tabs click into place.

 Do not use "24V FOR MAINTENANCE" and "COM-R"

terminals except for maintenance of this product.
(Disconnect the short harnesses before wiring.)
Unintentional laser radiation may occur due to loss
of control of the safety shutter.
 Do not use "24V FOR MAINTENANCE" and "COM-R"
terminals for external devices. This may cause loss
of the safety function of the machine to which this
product is installed.

Do not reversely connect to the safety input terminal.

Product failure may occur.
