当該人は、国費外国人留学生として特段の事情による入国者である

ため、埼玉大学の委託する旅行業者から、誓約内容を遵守できるスマ

ートフォンを手交されることとなっています。

The target person is accepted as MEXT scholarship student

and his/her entry is urgent and indispensable so that he/she
will be handed out a Japanese mobile carrier smartphone by
the travel agency that has an agreement with Saitama
University in order to meet all the requirements that are
written in the Pledge.
