2. Open arms sideward, shoulder level, arms slightly bent.


3. Bring L arm overhead, passing 1st position, arm is slightly bent
4. Bring R arm in 1st position, arms are slightly bent.
5. Bring R arm overhead, arms are slightly bend.

1. Bring heels close touching together, toes apart.


2. Step R foot sideward right.
3. Bring R heel touching the instep of L foot.
4. Bring R foot pointing in front of the L foot.
5. Bring R heel touching toe of L foot.
