MR-RD525 WARRANTY POLICY

The warranty MARS ROCK DRILL offers is 1,200 working hours under the
below conditions:
1.1 All the MR-RD525 drifters manufactured by MARS ROCK DRILL are tested before delivery. The standart performed
tests are:
- Impact strenght test (kW measuring test)
- 3 day high pressure impact test (5 consecutive hours per 3 days)
- Hidro motor functioning test
- Accumulator´s gas leakage test
- Frequency test (Hz measuring test)

1.2 All the repair kits and spare parts used in our drifters must be bought either from MARS ROCK DRILL or the OEM,
the use of any spare parts from a different manutacturer shall be cause for termination of the warranty contract.

1.3 All the preventive maintenance should be carried on time (from time to time MARS ROCK DRILL will ask for
maintenance records).

1.4 In case of failure, the customer should demonstrate through analysis that there was no misuse or indulgence in the
products subject to warranty and that the damage was not result of operational failure or wrong deed. It is required all
complaints must be properly documented (with photographs, video and technical record of operating conditions) and sent
by email.

1.5 The warranty offered by MARS ROCK DRILL does not cover damage to parts or equipment due to failures or misuse
of machine operator (those related to lack of lubrication, excessive pressure, shank breakage)

1.6 The warranty offered by MARS ROCK DRILL does not cover unfit of dimensions into/with alternative parts from other
manufacturers, the warranty is only effective if our spares does not fit into original parts (All complaints must be properly
documented with photographs and/or video).

1.7 In case of failure MARS ROCK DRILL shall examine the drifter in order to determine the failure causes, if the drifter is
not delivered to MARS ROCK DRILL for such examination, the warranty contract shall be terminated.

1.8 In case of failure the customer/consignee must share all the maintenance reports and rig settings reports to MARS
ROCK DRILL, if those reports are not delivered to MARS ROCK DRILL for examination, the warranty contract shall be
terminated.
