THIRD BAIL PETITION FILED UNDER SECTION 437 OF Cr.P.C.

May it please your Honour

The above named petitioner most humbly begs to submit as follows:-

1.That the police Narva registered the above case against the Petitioner/Accused No.1,3 and 5 for
the offence U/S 452,323,324,326,354-D,504,506 r/w 34 of I.P.C., basing on the false allegations
against the petitioner.
2.The police Narva arrested them on 09.11.2021 and produced before this Hon’ble court. and this
Hon’ble court remanded them to judicial custody.
3. That the allegations level against the Petitioners / Accused No.1,3 and 5 are false and baseless
and that the petitioners did not commit any alleged offence. The Petitioners were falsely
implicated by the Respondent/Police. The Petitioners / Accused No.1,3 and 5 are an innocent
persons .The Petitioners begs to submit that they hails from respectable family and they has not
committed any crime, The petitioners has a fixed places . The Petitioners beg to submit that
Offences charged against the Accused No.1,3 and 5 were not punishable for Life Imprisonment
or Death and There is no intention or scope for the Petitioners to escape from the jurisdiction of
the court, if the petitioners are released based on bail. And the petitioners are ready to prove his
innocence by facing trial.
4. The petitioners submit that though the offence U/S 452,323,324,326,354-D,504,506 r/w 34 of
I.P.C.,. are non-bailable one, this court has proper forum to try the case and have got the ample
powers to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
5. Further, it is submitted that the entire investigation is completed and no part of the same is
pending and the Accused No.1,3 and 5 were got arrested and remanded to judicial custody before
by this Hon’ble court.
That the petitioners are prepared to furnish the sureties for their punctual attendance
on the each and every date of the case during the course of trail by undertaking before this
Hon’ble court, if they released on bail. Whereas Accused No.1is only means to look about
welfare of their Old age Parents, whereas his old age parents need him very badly because he is
the only one who will take them to rest rooms and Accused No.3 is the student and he is
pursuing Degree Final year currently he has to appear for exams and Accused No.5 mother got
bedridden and even he is the only one who has to look welfare of his Daughter. This is the Third
Bail Application. Earlier the first bail Application was dismissed on 12.11.2021 And the Second
bail application was dismissed on 18.11.2021 .

Where as the petitioners are ready to Co operate with the investigation agency and they
will appear before the Hon’ble Court whenever the Hon’ble Court orders and The Petitioner shall
not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with
the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police
officer or tamper with the evidence and He shall abide any condition imposed by this Hon’ble
Court. These are the changes and circumstances took place in this case for preferring the Fifth
bail application. It is, therefore, prayed in view of the above facts and circumstances that the
Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the interest of justice;
otherwise he will be put to hardship and heavy loss.
