planned maintenance. It helps maximize the return on your
YORK chiller investment, while minimizing your exposure to
risk and ensuring completion of the factory-recommended
maintenance required by warranty. If budget predictability
is one of your goals, consider a premium coverage service
agreement. For a fixed cost, we’ll assume the responsibility
for the maintenance and repair of your covered equipment,*
helping you avoid deferred maintenance.

Connected Services
Adding Connected Services to your planned
maintenance agreement provides your local technician
a 24/7 line of sight into your chiller via smartphone, PC or
tablet. Using YORK and Metasys® technology, we securely
connect your chiller to our Remote Operations Center, which
monitors alarms and alerts your local branch if there’s an issue.
Trend data is safely stored and securely accessed by your
local technician to analyze tough issues or deteriorating
conditions. This enhancement gives your local Johnson
Controls service team access to the infor­ma­tion they need
to diagnose problems anywhere, anytime.
Chiller MD
As an optional service, we can leverage the remote
connection to your chiller for Chiller MD – chiller monitoring
and diagnostics. Our chiller experts analyze the operating
information, generate regular condition reports, and make
suggestions for operational and efficiency enhancements.
Predictive services
Johnson Controls is a leader in predictive service technologies.
Backed by a team dedicated to these diagnostic technologies,
our local technicians have the specialized tools and expertise
