PLAN BASIS
Description of the Checking the “R” - Thought Questions:
Situation:  ▪ What is the result of the decision tree re: learning modality to use in the school / SDO?
▪ What is the result of the “readiness” assessment of the school / SDO?
▪ What “enablers” do they have to carry out the selected modality?
▪ What challenges and gaps should the school address to be able to implement/carry out the selected modality?

Based on the result of the survey conducted (LESF), and the result of decision tree. Labne ES pupils and parents chose the Modular Distance
Learning using Printed Modules (MDL-P)—a form of Distance Learning Modality.  The school is almost ready in all aspects, except the
availability of Printed Modules that is not yet received by the school. Close tie up and supervision from the Schools Division of Bulacan has made
by the school in order to secure copy of printed modules. The untiring support coming from barangay and other LGUs shall make us able to carry
out our plans of implementing our chosen LDM.
Summary of Identified To help with analysis, categorize the requirements of the school in terms of LEARNING and NON-LEARNING NEEDS:
Needs:  A. NON-LEARNING:
1. Management (school policies, clear expectations, roles, monitoring processes, etc.)
A clear school policies is set up already on the distribution and retrieval of LRs, yet there is a need for the management to not be overwhelmed
with overlapping tasks and high expectations from parents and community.
Proper orientation and dissemination on Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELC) and its implementation across different learning areas.
2. Motivation (including incentive factors)
Rewards and incentives to teachers/parents who deliver well their tasks under the new normal should be enforced. Giving certificates and
recognition to their support and assistance.
3. Resources (including finance, technology)
As for resources, the school has limited resources and really need support coming from LGUs in the form of giving whatever assistance it may
provide for teachers such as ink, medical supplies, bond paper, storage box, printer, gadgets etc.
4. Communication (includes feedback and advocacy)
Constant communication and close ties with the community for easy dissemination of authentic information. The school also needs support of
barangay official in ensuring school health and safety, plus in the distribution and retrieval of LMs to pupils in which their parents cannot go to
school to receive and return the SISIDLAN.
Orientation of parents/guardians of the learners about LDM and MELC, distribution of modules, and their roles as partners of the school in the new
normal setting of education.
5. Environment support (includes higher office, LGU, parents, community)
MES needs to strengthen its partnership with stakeholders in promoting activities, programs and projects of the school.
MES needs to receive full support coming from LGUs for distribution and retrieval of modules following the safety protocols.
There is also a need to build rapport with LGUs and other stakeholders for systematic access of the new learning delivery mode.
Establishment of parental support and assistance in the new normal set up of education
