ESSAY AND PRACTICAL REASON:

The will and practical reason are both vital to the process of action. On a Kantian
view of the practical, if reason is practical, the will, guided by reason, can effect,
or cause, action. Will commands and guided directly by reason. But how can we
say it is free? It is where, when the will is guided by reason, it is free. By guidance
of reason, the will is not subjected to empirical conditions by which it is
otherwise bound. Freedom of necessity are not casualties nor it is affecting,
rather, it is only influencing each man's action by virtue of the reason to act, to
work, and do such-like based from the fruit of its will. Freedom has a different
special kind of casualty prior to self-imposed laws of a man that is immutable
only to him, it is attributed by his whole self. And while they are rational, they are
driven to act by external forces which can influence them, as a kind of casualty.

To wrap it up, free will provides an action-directing or a practical action to a

situation that is based from being just and does not violates his own self-imposed
laws and are influenced by forces externally.
