1. What are the personal characteristic of an ideal teacher?
First a teacher must be caring not just about imparting knowledge, but the best is teachers also care about the rational aspect of teaching. Second a teacher must be kind because a great teacher shows kindness to the students, kindness makes the world go around and the last one is patience, because patience is a virtue the most important quality that a teacher should have is patience. 2. What talents and skills do you have that can be shared or used when you become a full-fledge teacher? Leadership, one of the most important skill each teacher must have is leadership. Your students need someone to guide them, to be in charge, and set the tone of the class. Leadership is a difficult skill, meaning you may want to get outside help if you feel you could use more work on this particular skill, or any other for that matter. 3. Think of a teacher whom you consider talented and skillful in his/her teaching. How do his/her talents benefited his/her teaching? My mother, because I can see that she never fail in fulfilling her job by giving all of her effort and dedication to her profession, she built a good future to her students. 4. What other needs of teachers can you identify?
