THE STARTING SIX

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Write down the name of a single task in each of the six squares provided. Remember that a task is a single item. No 'ands' or compound tasks allowed.
DECIDED DECIDED
2. In the Decided space, write down the day you have decided to do that task. (Just write over top of the word Decided; we made the font lighter for that reason.)
3. Make sure that you put this sheet in a place that it will grab your attention throughout the course of the week.
4. As you complete each task, cross it off and then in the Done space write down the date that you did it. (ideally, you do it the same day as the day you decided to do it.)
5. I f you found this sheet helpful, keep using it week in and week out.
6. Better still, let me know how you did with this exercise. Go to https://productivityist.com/starting6 and make that happen. (Consider this a bonus task for the week!)
