Generalities
To obtain platform availability all incidents that impacted service with unplanned downtime causing a complete outage are reviewed in a monthly
basis
Covered Time: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and Saturday, excluding
holidays, between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time as per in the contract
