1 POSITIVE

- The new system considers an overall objective so these incentives to work in team work
between the areas
- The classification of bottom and top personnel incentive to be better and to work harder to be
in the top 20 %
- They Promote a culture of improvement because for the ones that are in a low criterion, they
work with a development project so they can be better for the next evaluation

NEGATIVE

- The classification of top and bottom is very subjective because even though they consider the
performance, the discussion is base in what the HR team and managers think
- Between workers they can develop a troubled relationship because they can evaluate low or
high so this affects directly to the performance
- The evaluation is made by everyone, so in some cases not everyone knows each other, so they
do not evaluate correctly

2 - They must be compromise with the feedback and the development of each of the employees, and
that they follow up with what they establish

Be clear with the purpose of this evaluation because the criteria and the objective are not clear for the
workers

The objectives must be reachable because they already know that they cannot reach the Goal and to
also clarify when is going to be due, because they do not if is at the beginning, middle or at the end.
