1. What is Physical Education?


 Physical education is a school-based programme that focuses on the development
of physical fitness. Effective physical education classes assist children in
developing competence and confidence, maintaining physical fitness, learning
about personal health and wellness, and displaying positive social skills.
2. Why should you take up P.E. subject in College?
 Physical activity aids in the development of confidence in children.
 This can have a good impact on all aspects of their lives, from personal
connections to their capacity to swiftly integrate and establish friends, as well as
thinking about their long-term ambitions.
3. Article XIV (Section 19) of the 1987 Philippine Constitution states that?
 The State shall promote physical education and encourage sports programs, league
competitions, and amateur sports, including training for international competitions, to
foster self-discipline, teamwork, and excellence for the development of a healthy and
alert citizenry.
4. How do you define Physical Fitness?
 Physical fitness is the ability of your body's systems to function together
effectively so that you can stay healthy and complete daily tasks. Being efficient
entails doing daily tasks with the least amount of effort feasible.
5. What is the difference between common and rare?
 Common refers to those what we usually see everywhere and anytime while rare
refers to those we only see and appears on a certain time and place.
