First, you must go to a nutritionist for him to review your body mass index, and analyze
how much you should lose weight until you reach your ideal weight; the nutritionist can
also recommend a diet that you can follow.

Secondly, I think you can start the diet that the doctor has recommended going to
those restaurants that sell healthy food and you giving them your diet so they can
prepare it since you do not have time for work.

As for breakfast and the dinners suggest that you make some time to prepare
something nutritious and healthy or you can also have breakfast and dinner there in
that restaurant but I think it would cost you something expensive.

Finally, I think you should resume the sport of swimming, that would help you a lot so
that you can lose weight, since you do not like gym, swimming is a very complete sport
apart you told me that you liked and relaxes you, I think that would be the best option.
