A 45-year-old man presents with
progressive shortness of breath
and cough for the past 8 months.
He complaints of muscle weakness

becomes more severe by the

A 40-year-old woman presents with
progressive difficulty in swallowing for
the past one year. She complaints of
intermittent headaches and bouts of
sweating and hot flushes. 24 hr
monitoring of her blood pressure
reveals a fluctuating BP readings, at
times reaching up to 200/110mmHg.

A A-35-year old woman comes with
chest pain and persistent cough for the
past 6 months. She also complaints of
weight loss and having night sweats.
Examination shows distended neck
veins. CT scans revels multiple lumps
shown by arrows. Histopathology of
the biopsy of few lumps are shown in
picture B
