Significance of the Study

The proposed system will truly help the whole company to manage
everything faster than the usual. This study will help the employee resulting
to a faster way of computing payrolls. The department responsible for
timekeeping will lighten their duties as it will handle user-friendly
transactions. Payroll system is also providing for the accountants to improve
the preparation of the payments in a timely manner, manage employee
services, hours, pay rates, etc.
Aside from the company, we are also the benefactors of the system because
it will help us to enhance our ability to fully understand on how to create a
computerized system that might help use soon.

Significance of the Study

The study will aid in reducing errors, fraud, increase speed and aid
growth in organizations if successfully implemented. Manual payroll systems
in organizations will be eliminated with this computerized system in place.
The study will also serve as a guide to other student researchers who may
want to conduct further research on the subject matter. Findings and
recommendations from this system will aid in developing newer versions to
serve optimally.
Significance of the Study

Resources Assistant in either the Human Resources Department will
enter the employee’s information into profiling and forward a copy of the
employee’s status forms to the Payroll Administrator
