COMPLAINT

The undersigned, Chief of Police of San Pascual Police Station, accuses

Mark Sales y Vento, the suitor in San Pascual, province of Batangas, Philippines.
The aforementioned accused did then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and
feloniously, with intent to kill, in any qualifying circumstances upon the person
Jamaica Reyes y Sanchez by forcibly shoving her off that cause her to fall and by
chance to land on the sharp edge of the bench where a protruding steel is present.

Contrary to law.
