Contract between Medhansh Ventures and Bhawani

Motors and Transport (Vadodara-22, Gujrat)

Scope of work is transportation and it comes in general scope. Of

work.

Type of vehicle: 14 Chakka, 16 Chakka half body

Number of vehicle: 20

Type of contract: 3 months non compete if anyone of your drivers are

found and approaching the same work there will be a penalty of
Rupees: One Lack Ninety Thousand.

Payment would be release between 7 to 10 days

Source & destination- Goa to Belgaum - lokapur

General terms: Maintenance and Driver’s management will be in your

department, other costs like toll , loading and unloading etc, will be
arranged by the company. Shortage of goods would be your
responsibility of Bhawani Motors and Transport everyday 200 km or
6000 km a month would be the running of the truck!

In case of any “Act of God” the contract will get forfeited or paused
during that period.

If the total numbers of trips our less than 10 than 20 thousand rupees
would be cut for each trip.

Diesel will be provided as on fixed average that is 2.5 Km.

If there is breakdown of truck the company is responsible for

arranging another truck within 24 hours else from second day Rs.
6500 everyday would be deducted

The rent of per truck is 1,90,000/- Per month

The contract period is of 3 months and would be increased after

further negotiation in July.
