It is not new to us that the Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte (PGIN) had been helping
many learners to have access to education by giving scholarship programs. In regards with
this, it is my ardent desire to apply for your “Senior High School & IP Scholarship”. Through
this scholarship, I may be able to lessen the difficulty faced by my parents in providing my
needs regarding my education
I am Jairus Lagda, 18 years of age, single and a resident of Brgy. Lydia, Marcos, Ilocos
Norte. I am currently enrolled at Dingras National High School- Poblacion Campus as a
Grade-11 student with Humanities and Social Sciences as my learning strand.
