Holder Engineer will be deployed by me at work site, based on value of
contract in terms of provision of Clause 26A.1 to the General condition of
contract (GCC)-2020. In case of failure to deploy qualified Graduate Engineer
or Qualified Diploma Holder Engineer during execution of the allotted Work,I

Administration and their authorized officers has invited e-tenders for the above
mentioned work vide tender notice mentioned in the NIT notice inviting tender
publish in the website. 2. And where as I/We, have read the above NIT notice
inviting tender for e-tender, General Instructions, Special condition General, all
special condition and have purchased this e-tender documents, have carefully
read and understood the same, have visited the site and have satisfied
myself/ourselves as to the nature of the work and site conditions before filling
this e-tender. 3. AND WHEREAS my/our address for all communications
hereinafter shall be considered as official and shall be made in the address,
email Id and Mobile phone and other phone nos. given in the portal of IREPS

stipulated period of completion from the date of issue of the letter of

Conditions of Contract 2020 editions and the Unified Standard Schedule of
Rates Labour Materials of 2011 edition issu3ed by the Eastern Railway, read
with all correction slips issued thereto from time to time, and to carry out the
works according to the special conditions and specifications of materials and
works as laid hereunder in various chapters of this e-tender document. 9. And

money shall stand forfeited without prejudice to any other right or remedies if.

shall constitute a binding contract between us and indicated in the letter of

Department of Industrial Promotion and Policy, Ministry of Commerce, circulated vide Railway Board letter no.
