ROCKET SINGH: SALESMAN OF THE YEAR

This story is about a fresh B.com graduate Harpreet Singh Bedi, who
was a below average student throughout and dreamt of sales as a
career, gets hired in a computer selling company AYS as sales trainee
goofs up in the first deal after that he was not allowed to go on the
field, his act of honesty was rewarded with demotion, He is made to
sit on a chair all day, to make cold calls to his clients and rest of the
employees were throwing rockets on him and once he get a chance
to assist a client and after meeting her the idea of starting his own
venture strikes his mind he realizes that sales success depends on
the customers satisfaction and started managing his own company
Rocket sales corp. roping in handful of partners from AYS, its
objective was customer satisfaction one of the team member of
rocket sales was a office boy but he was also treated equally because
of his talent.
There are few things to learn from this movie from management
presepective such as customer prioritization but at the same time its
very contradictory, Rocket sales was never incorporated as a
company rather as a partnership, they were running while being
employed with their existing company AYS, It was violation of their
employment contract. Nevertheless when we talk about just
entertainment process it’s a worth watch movie!
