PT-2 Exam Instructions for classes 9 – 12

1. Buses at first stop at 08.00 AM. Return trip from the school at 12.00 Noon on the day of
examination.
2. Students have to sit according to the seating arrangement provided in the class WhatsApp
Group for the exam.
3. Time of the examination – 9:30 AM to 11:45 AM.
4. Exam will be conducted only on offline mode.
5. Answer sheets will be provided by the school.
6. No regular class till 15/10/2021 (Friday). Regular classes shall resume from
16/10/2021(Saturday).
7. Dussehra holidays from 13/10/2021 to 15/10/2021.
8. Only those who have taken written permission from the principal, special class WhatsApp
group is created for online exam and if you are not able to find your name in the group contact
your class teacher.
9. Answer sheets of exam should be submitted through the WhatsApp to the subject teacher’s
mobile no. in the PDF format.
10. Hard copies of all answer sheets must be submitted in the school on 12/10/2021 between
08.00 AM to 12.00 Noon.
