In the next 6 months I would want to

continue developing my skills in
physiotherapy practice, in patient
assessment especially in methodologies
that are unique to your institution, in
accurate patient data collection and
storage, skills in patient therapeutic
relationships, attend trainings on
hospital policy and also learn more
about the cultures and values of the
different people that use your
institution.
I would also be focused on attending
webinars, CPD and any form of training
that involves developments in
physiotherapy management of the
patient profile in your institution.
I want to focus on contributing to this
hospital getting an outstanding CQC
rating and becoming one of the best NHS
trust in your type of patients.
I want to focus on contributing to this
hospital, great patient reviews on
Google and other major online hospital
review sites and increase your overall
likelihood of recommendation.
I would also be participating in trainings
that would constantly improve my
leadership abilities so I can function
perfectly as a leader in your institution. I
would also focus of building a healthy
relationship with colleagues and fellow
staffs because I believe that nothing
beats team work.
