The Hon’ble the Chief Justice and his other companion Judges of the aforesaid
Court.

The humble listing application on behalf of the Aforesaid applicant most respectfully
showeth it as under

1. That in the said case counter rejoinder have been exchanged between the parties and
several dates has been fixed for hearing and on 21/10/2021 was faced for hearing as
unlisted, but thereafter it is out of list.
2. That the urgency of the case is that arreas of salary of the petitioner has not been paid
even though the bill of payment has already been sent to the respondent number 2 to 4 in
the year of 2017.
3. That the application shall be filed on and it shall be presented in court on
 Prayer

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to
fix any date in the petition, otherwise the applicant who is senior citizen aged about 70 years
would suffer irreparably.
