Design an initiative
(40 grade points)

In this assignment, each group is required to design an initiative for 150 employees of
an IT firm’s Pune office. Since the pandemic most employees are working from home
and participating in online work meetings. Though this remote mode of work
provided employees more flexibility but they are expected to be available more often
to work calls while also attend to their family members. This adversely impacted the
overall well-being of the employees, motivation of the teams, and productivity of the
Pune office.

Submit a 10-page (excluding exhibit) report via email to Sraddha

 Integrate the practices covered in the course to design an initiative for the
employees. Describe your initiative clearly and state what does it intend to
accomplish: key objectives. (10 points)
 Identify challenges and requirements for execution. Create an action plan and
present the steps of implementation. (Share posters, social media posts etc. in
an exhibit). (15 points)
 Determine how you will measure success of this initiative. (5 points)
 Why this initiative might be useful? Provide support from the course content
and theory. (10 points)
 Make sure to mention your Group number and section on the cover page
