TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MULTI PURPOSE LOAN
Multi-purpose loans are given to answer financial needs of employees that are not emergency in nature. Employees typically apply for a multi-purpose loan to cover for children’s tuition
fees, house rent, or purchase of personal items.

Guidelines
 Eligible to apply for multi-purpose loans are regular employees with the following tenure:
1. Regular employees with tenure of less than 5 years is eligible to multi-purpose loan of maximum of two month’s salary or Php 250,000 whichever is lower.
2. Regular employees with tenure of more than 5 years is eligible to multi-purpose loan of maximum of three months’ salary or Php 400,000 whichever is lower.
 The loan comes with an 8% interest per annum.
 The loan is paid in equal installments via salary deduction to a maximum of 12 months or 24 months.
 The first deduction is made on the next immediate payroll after loan is granted.
 Part of the loan eligibility requirements is that there should still be a 50% net take home pay after all fixed deductions (including new loan application) has been applied.
 Loan applications must be received by the Total Rewards Operations Team on or before the 20th of the month and crediting is every end of the month. Loan amount is credited
directly to employee's payroll account.
EMERGENCY LOAN
Emergency loans are given to answer financial needs of employees that are emergency in nature. Employees typically apply for an emergency loan to cover for expenses needed for
hospitalization expenses not covered by HMO and this is applicable for employee and qualified dependents. Emergency loan may also be used for house repairs due to damages incurred
during a calamity and death of an immediate family member.

Guidelines
 Eligible to apply for emergency loans are regular employees with at least 6 months of service or upon regularization.
 Employee may apply up to 3x of his monthly basic pay or P150,000 whichever is lower.
 Emergency loans are paid with 0% interest.
 The loan is paid in equal monthly installments via salary deduction to a maximum of 24 months.
 Part of the loan eligibility requirements is that there should still be a 50% net take home pay after all fixed deductions (including new loan application) has been applied.
 Release of approved emergency loan is within three working days upon submission of the application form. Loan amount is credited directly to employee's payroll account.
 Supporting documents will be required such as follows:
a. Hospitalization – (1) Statement of Account from the hospital; (2) Medical Certificate stating the diagnosis and date/s of hospital confinement
b. Funeral – (1) Death certificate and (2) Proof of relationship between employee and the deceased person
Proof of relationship:

For Single Parents Copy of birth certificate of deceased dependent
For Married employees Copy of marriage certificate if the deceased is spouse

IMMEDIATE DEPENDENTS
 Immediate dependents are defined as follows:

APPLYING FOR A SECOND LOAN:
 An employee may apply for a second loan as long as he has paid at least 50% of his first loan amortization.
PRE-TERMINATION OF EXISTING LOAN
 Pre-termination of existing loan is not allowed.
RESIGNATION OR TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
 In the event of separation from the company for whatever cause or reason, the principal balance of the loan shall immediately become due and should be paid within 30 days from
effective date of separation. If employee is not able to settle within 30 days from effective date of separation, the full amount will be recovered from employee’s final pay.
