Subject: Following the hierarchy/Protocol for grievance redressal by cabin crew
This is to reiterate the contents of the circular Ref no IFS/HQ-D/19-115/679 Dated 19-11-2019
where by all Cabin Crew were directed to follow the laid down procedure under the Service
Regulation/Terms of FTEA, applicable to them. The crew may not directly forward their
Brievances, requests or mercy appeals to the Senior Management viz the office of CMD, DO and
offices of Legislators MLA’s, MP’s, Ministers {including MOS and union cabinet)
tantamounting to indulging in-overreach and against company service regulations.
tis emphasized that, all the administrative and operational request & grievances of the cabin
crew, should be routed via the respective Regional Departmental Heads, through the specified
‘mechanism following the respective regional Hierarchy/Protocol.
'n case, the concerned crew, is not satisfied with the outcome of such redressal of his/her own
grievance by respective regional setup, then and only then, the cabin crew may put up his/her
issue, through the laid down grievance handling procedure that includes appealing to ED-IFS at
Ha.
For any breach of the afore-mentioned instructions, all cabin crew are required to note that
strict administrative action will be mooted and initiated against such cabin crew found culpable
and delinquent of ignoring this advisory.
