Anatomy of a Typeface - Practice #1 in Class

1) Select 3 typefaces with similar characteristics

(weight, Width, x-height): Serif, Sans-Serif,
Decorative: https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/

2) Download and install those fonts:

https://www.wfonts.com/ or
http://fontsgeek.com/

3) In PHOTOSHOP Type with each typeface, using the

same font size (you may want to use separate layers):

A, B, E, G, K, M, Q, R , W, X
a, b, e, g, k, m, q, r , w, x
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 0

5) Rasterize type and combine elements from all 3

typefaces to create a new typeface, respecting
proportions and guidelines from anatomy of a typeface.

7) Show to class + Upload on LMS.
