Egypt provided humanity with the oldest political
system in the history of the world ,based on
strong and well –established foundations in the
systems and arts of governance, administration
and legislation. The constitution (the father of

It can be said that the country`s first constitution
was the one that was issued in 1882, although
the first real constitution the country knew was
the 1923 constitution that was issued following
the abolition of British protection over Egypt in
1922, and Egypt has lived a parliamentary life
since 1824 and was a pioneer in this field, and the
political system means the way in which the
affairs of a state are managed in terms of the
relationship between the three state authorities
(executive, legislative, and judicial). The political
system in Egypt is based on political and partisan
pluralism, the peaceful transfer of power, the
separation of powers, the balance between them,
.and respect for human rights and freedoms
