To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Nezha Bakdid for the past few
months at West Ridge Elementary School. She was a student teacher during the
2021-2022 school year, when our Kindergarten class had 24 students. During the
student teaching process, Nezha showcased an immense knowledge about the
education field and utilized her previous experiences in our classroom.

Nezha is extremely hard-working. It is clear that she is committed to her

job, as she takes direction from superiors and delivers instruction based on
suggestions given to her. She took over the classroom gradually and eventually
taught the entire day from October through the end of November. While I gave
her an outline of what was expected to be taught and the curricula we utilize,
she delivered the content in her own way which proved to be successful. She
also established a classroom culture that was kind and respectful. Her calming
presence gave students the trust and confidence needed in a teacher. I can
state with certainty that the students she worked with this year grew strides
academically, socially and emotionally.

Throughout my eight years as a Chicago Public Schools teacher, I have

worked with many different people. I can honestly say that Nezha is a very
dedicated educator. She goes above and beyond the job that is asked of her
and is completely dependable. She was a joy to have as an honorary member
of the Kindergarten team and any school would be lucky to have her on their
staff.
