Arequipa

Known as the White City for its beautiful white

ashlar walls, Arequipa rests on the slopes of the
imposing Chachani and Misti volcanoes and the
snowy Picchu. In the center of the city, declared
Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in
2000, you can see colonial temples and mansions
in the baroque mestizo style, as well as the
Monastery of Santa Catalina, a miniature Spanish
city with stone streets, beautiful patios and
squares. Sabandía, Tiabaya and Tingo, in the
countryside, are must-see places, and Arequipa's
irresistible gastronomy is the perfect complement
to the visit, where every traveler can rest their
eyes and go back to the past, and see traces
through all its streets. that time has not yet taken.
