Barangay Catumsan, Arteche, Eastern Samar, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 88 (b)
(5) and 118 (2) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 7160 otherwise
known as the Local Government Code of 1991, you are hereby appointed as BARANGAY
SECRETARY, this Barangay effective November 16, 2020.

As such, you shall discharge the duties and functions appurtenant thereto and shall
be entitled to the privileges and other inherent to this position.
