Instruction to update the System Image for the New ScanStation controller.

Click on the link “New ScanStation System Image” to download the file.

The downloaded file should be unzipped and saved to the root of a minimum 8 GB USB memory stick

NB: The USB memory stick should be formatted in NTFS format

Power on the New ScanStation controller and press “Tools” and then “Software Update…”

Press "Yes" to confirm Software Update and Recovery mode

After the New ScanStation controller have rebooted then insert the USB memory stick, containing the new System Image file, in the right side of the controller
Press “SYSTEM UPDATE/RECOVERY”

Press on the system image to install

NB: Make sure USB: is showed in front of the system version

Press “YES”, to start update of the New ScanStation controller

Press “YES”, if current settings in the New ScanStation controller should be saved.

Press “NO”, if default values should be used.

Please wait while system is being updated

Press “OK” when update is completed

Press “YES” to reboot the New ScanStation controller in normal mode

Remove USB memory stick and press “OK”

System update completed!
