Exercise and proper nutrition or healthy food are pillars for a healthy and successful life. This
exercise and healthy diet is making pur body better, it can also maintain our body more healthy. We
know that physical fitness and good health are very important for ourselves. And we cannot purchase
thr physical fitness and good health . To gain physical fitness we have to do exercises and to get a good
health we have to follow a healthy diet. If we add regular exercises and a proper healthy diet in our daily
routine then our body will become better in a very aspect; we will face less diseases and our working
capabilities will surely increase

Nutrition is about eating a healthy and balance diet. It is the study of nutrients in food, how the
body uses them, and the relationship between diet, health and disease. It is helpful to know that foods
are healthy and what you can do to ensure you eat the healthiest diet you can. Having a variety of foods,
eating regular meals, including wholegrains fibre, fruit and vegetables, and limiting the amount of fats,
sugar and salt you eat are all recommended for good nutrition. Good or proper nutrition means eating a
balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals to your body fuel your body with what it needs. It is
important to make sure you are getting the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals your body needs to
function properly. Proper nutrition promotes healthy pregnancy outcomes, supports normal growth,
development and ageing, helps to maintain a healthy body and wellbeing.

Exercise is an activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and
fitness. Exercise is any physical activity that is done for purpose of working the body to stay healthy and
fit. Exercise is planned structured and repetitive physical activity that ensures the development and
maintainance of the fitness. In other words, exercise is about enhancing the health and the fitness of the
person. When doing exercise, one is generally working up a sweat, breath heavy, and increasing the
heart rate. Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance.
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more
efffeciently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores.
Doing exercises has a lot of benefits, some of this are;Itt can improve your memory and brain function, it
is an did in weight management, it can also improve your quality of sleep and it can reduce feelings for
anxiety and depression. Those are some benefits of doing exercises.

We already discussed that the exercise and proper diet can bring many benefits. But, absence of
exercise and proper diet can bring negative things. So, we should definitely include exercise and healthy
diet in our daily lives. Eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, maintain you healthy lifestyle to have a
healthy life.
