It can transmit upto thrice the power of conventional V Beltsin the same drive space. Space Saver Belts are manufactured with best quality compound and polyester cords. MAZCON BANDED V-BELTS Banded Belts were developed for Drives subjected to pulsating loads or extreme shock load. They give you long lasting, trouble free service on tough problematic application. The Band keeps the Belts from bending side ways and keeps the belt running in a straight line on the grooves even under violent pulsation or shock loads. It cannot turn over or jump off. MAZCON VARIABLE SPEED BELTS Variable Speed Drives requiring exact speed control and maximum range of speed changes. The spring keeps the movable flange of the pulley up against the belt and supplies the required tension for the drive. This type of pulley is coupled by a Variable Speed Belt to a fixed companion pulley. Speed v ion is obtained by varying the center distance between the two pulleys and modifying the position of the beltin the spring loaded adjustable pulley. Thespeed ratio is determined by the super strong compression rubber compound, abrasion and heat resistant cover assures strong, uniform grip onthe both faces of the pulley.These belts comes in a variety of widths, thickness and lengths recommended for specific application. MAZCON POLY V- BELTS ‘The advantageous features are: a) The drive can be equipped with smaller pulleys making the driving system as compact as possible due to the high flexibility of Poly-V Belts. b) The thinner body of Poly V-belt makes it possible to drive additional accessories / idlers when necessary without affecting belt life. There are 3 cross sections of Poly V-Belt and pulleys which cover the entire range of power transmission belt requirement. We manufacture Belts for these sections Viz. J, L & M. In comparison with the traditional V-Belt Drives, Poly V-Belts may achieve a maximum of 50% higher performance, due to the structural characteristics of the multi V-shape Ribs on the driving side. Special compounds are being used for abrasion resistance and heat resistance. In order to avoid the slippage of Pipe or Cable, a special design ismade ontop of the belt. IMAZCON ENDLESS POLYESTER CORD BELTS (LENIX BELT) Lenix belts are recommended for general purpose Flat drives ina wide variety ofindustrial application. Marcon Brand Lenix Beits are made out of Polyester Cord which gives a long and reliable service on any speed of Flat Belt Drives. These Belts are designed to meet varying operating conditions depending upon the pulley sizes and horse power load. It has assumed significant importance in modern manufacturing plants and automated industrial units. In most cases Conveyor Belts are found to be the right answer. The Conveyor Belts almost all types are manufactured confirming to IS : 1891 under tthe strict supervision of technologists who have rich experiencein the field. STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS : 1. Straight Ply Construction : The Carcass or Ply is laid out or spread in full width horizontally and the rubbercoverislaid onit. 2. Step Ply Construction : The top cover thicknessis increasedin the middle of this by cutting the plies of the carcass from the side to form a step. Then extra rubber i filled in the middle of the belt as more wear and tear happens inthe middle part ofthe top cover. 3. Reverse Step Ply Construction : In this construction, more wear and tear happens at the bottom ofthe belt, therefore the bottom of the belt cover requires more thickness. The beltis generally made of heatresistant grade. 4, Breaker Ply: inthis case, Breaker Fabric is used between the belt cover and plies to increase the bond or adhesion between the rubber cover and plies. This can be usefully employed in belts which are ‘Subjected to high material impact. 5. Carcass : Belts are manufactured with Nylon / Nylon Fabric (NN); Cotton Fabric; and Polyester / Nylon. Cotton belts are available from 3 to 8 plies in 28, 32, 36 oz fabrics. The all synthetic plies available from 2 to 6 plies or more designated as 200/2, 250/2, 315/3, 400/3 etc. etc. (tensile strength/ply). 6. Rubber Cover : The rubber cover of the conveyor belts protects the carcass from abrasion, heat, oil and other damages. We provide the rubber cover inthe following Grades : a) M24Grade : This is manufactured as per IS : 1891 (Part - I) in the case of belts used for general purpose b) N17 Grade : This is manufactured as per IS : 1891 (Part - |) In the case of belts also used for general purpose. c) H.R. Grade: This grade belts used for conveyors operating up to 100 Degree Cheatresistant. d) SHR Grade : Super Resistant Grade rubber cove 180 Degree C. e) Oil Resistant Grade : This is a special type of Conveyor Belt which operates in oily and greasy environment. This belt canalsobemade with heat resistant compound. used for conveyors operating up toWe manufacture special types of Conveyor Beltsas given below : ROUGH TOP CONVEYOR : We manufacture this Conveyor with rugged surface on top which helps in carrying assorted material and packaged goods. CLEAT CONVEYOR: Moulded cleats are affixed by cold bonding and also by hot bonding on the Conveyor Belts. This is used for carrying material in an inclined position without mixing the materials. These cleats are of different height according tocustomers’ specification.CORRUGATED SIDEWALL CONVEYOR: In the special purpose Conveyor Belts a side wall vulcanized to the belt surface. These belts are used for carrying bulk materials in an inclined position, both Hot and Cold. This sidewall is also provided with cleats in any angle. All cleats are hot moulded to the base of the belt. CHEVRON CONVEYOR : These specially designed conveyor beltsare used in carrying materials inan inclined position. PVCCOATED CONVEYOR: We manufacture PVC Coated Conveyor Belts for industrial uses where the conveyor belts are exposed to heat and even oily environment. These belts are oil resistant, heat resistant, flame resistant and antistatic with smooth glossy surface.
