Read an article about travelling to Slovenia. According to what you read, decide if the

FROM THE AIRPORT


To get to the city from the airport you can hire a car at the Europcar desk (open from 8am to
midnight seven days a week), take a taxi or take the bus. On weekdays buses leave every
hour from 5am to 8pm. At the weekend they leave every two hours from 10am to 8pm.
Tickets: single: Є3.50, return: Є5.00

WHERE TO EAT
- Up to Є50: Zlata Ribica. The best place in the old town for fresh seafood.
- Up to Є30: Aalto. This wonderful Italian restaurant offers incredible pasta dishes although
starters are their speciality.
- Up to Є15: Zveda. Enjoy a three-course meal for just Є9.99 and play tennis at their tennis
court.

NIGHTLIFE
- Sputnik. For the coolest cocktails, there is no better place in the city than this music bar.
Open from 8pm-3am.
- Global. Incredible atmosphere and wonderful views. Open from midday to midnight.
- Metelkova Mesto. Loud music until the early hours, resident DJs. The best place to party.

SHOPPING
- Karim’s boutique. If you are looking for exclusive clothes, owner Karim will give you
expert advice.
- Nama. Forget the increasing number of international shops and go shopping at the city’s
most popular department store, Nama (1 Tomsiceva Street).

DAY TRIPS
- Bled water park and dolphinarium. Swim with their 10 bottlenose dolphins. Unforgettable!
May to October: open from 10am-10pm. November to April: open every afternoon.
Closed from Christmas Day to New Year’s Day.
