CYBERSECURITY POLICY

STRUCTURE

National Centre or Responsible Agency

Agence Nationale de Sécurité Informatique (National Agency for Computer Security) (ANSI)
Ministry of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy

ANSI works to develop a climate of trust in information technology to reassure users, the state, investors, and protect citizens and public and private
property against any cyber threat.

Ensures the implementation of national guidelines and general strategy for computer systems and network security systems;
Monitors the implementation of computer security plans and programs in the public sector with the exception of specific applications for defense
and national security and ensure coordination among stakeholders in this area;
Ensures technological intelligence in the field of computer security;
Establishes specific standards for computer security and develop technical guides in the subject and proceed to their publication;
Promotes the development of national IT security solutions and promote them according to the priorities and programs to be set by the agency;
Participates in the consolidation of training and retraining in the field of computer security; and
Ensures the implementation of regulations relating to mandatory periodic audits of the security of computer systems and networks.
