Cheat file format:

Cheat type: S(substitute on read), C(substitute on read with compare) or R(replace

value before vblank)
Cheat active: "A"ctive or "I"nactive

Cheat value length in bytes(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8), values in big(B) or little

endian(L)?, (RESERVED),
cheat address, cheat value, optionally the compare value, and the cheat name or
description.

Example for a cheat:

R A 1 L 0 001f006d 09 Infinite time
