Call for ICMR-Newton Fund Researcher Links India workshop

Indian Council of Medical Research has partnered with British Council UK for the Researcher Links
Workshop Grant 2020 under the Newton Bhabha Fund Programme.

Under this programme, the second call for the below mentioned thematic areas is open now:
1. Cardiovascular pharmacotherapy in Covid-19 infections
2. Bio-banking
3. Public health preparedness and response to emerging diseases outbreak/ pandemic
4. Capacity building of maternity care providers to improve perinatal outcome

About Researcher Links Workshop Grants

• These grants are designed to provide financial support to bring together a UK/Indian
bilateral cohort of early career researchers to take part in workshops and to meet the
overarching objectives.
• Each workshop will be coordinated by two Leading or Established Researchers (Principal
Applicants), one from each country and will focus on a specific research area.

• Applicants must submit the completed application form via the British Council online
application system.

Closing Date
• The last date of submission of application is 12th June 2020, 14:00 hrs (UK time) & 20:30 hrs
(India time)
