1) What is your strength?

My first strength is that I am very good at time management and easily to adapt into a new
environment. That is the reason why I can complete my activities before the deadline. This
allows me to prioritize which activities should be done immediately. Thus, work can be done
effectively. In doing this, it helps me organize and accomplish my work and meet deadlines
that are important.

I also a positive thinking guys so I also a very kind person, when someone who was
trouble in their work or study I also cheerfully to help them as possible as I can.

I also often work together in working on assignments and research as group leaders, solving
internal problems that occur in groups so as to minimize the effectiveness of negative results.
I always make time schedules, frame of mind, and determine who is responsible for each task
variable. I did this to reach the predetermined time target. I was a hard worker and helped my
colleague, one team who had difficulty by inviting him and other team mates to discuss
solving the difficulty.

I realized that I had to increase my knowledge regarding the issue of sustainable development
and how it was implemented in developed countries, because of that I always read news
online.

I also have good personality in persuading people to do good things. giving them motivation
to continue learning and not giving up.

2) When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone to achieve goals?

I am a person who has strong ambitions. every dream of mine, I wrote in the diary book and
tried to make it happen. the first thing I wrote and realized was that I had to be ranked in the
top three among my friends who numbered 80 in my school. I tried twice as hard to study as
my friends. and finally I was able to make it happen and won first place. Then I was selected
to be a teacher in my school to serve for one year. I was selected as a homeroom teacher to
teach in grade 1 of junior high school.

I know that next year there will be a race between schools. Then I wrote that my students
must participate and become champions. I was determined to do that, and tried to train my
students and give postive thinking that he could. I put them in a winning mentality. at the
time of the race, my senior teacher was pessimistic if we could not win. But I reject their
negative thoughts by continuing to provide motivation and direction so they really get
champions.

I dare to make difficult decisions and convince my senior teacher that they will succeed and
bring my students to the winner.
