“To find out who you are, you need to live alone. But it is not so easy, first you have to learn to tame it.

" It has been a year and 4 months since the quarantine began, I remember very well comments from

some middle-aged people who complained and missed their old lives, of which they felt the director,

lives that constituted a routine of: Waking up, work, return, sleep and continue. With the factor that

they were always locked in a place or car to move around and this makes me wonder, do they really

miss "freedom" or the cycle that gave meaning to that value of being legal while living? And I really

ask, do you really think life will be the same after this is over? That we are only in a prolonged lethargy

and when this ends it will be a period of which to tell anecdotes, that when the quarantine ends, society

will remain the same ...

The world we know is changing in our absence, the people who dominated our lives by structuring our

future from childhood have realized. If weekly outings with friends are all or nothing in these times, a

coup de grace or a bad game at Russian roulette. We have learned to embrace ourselves, to understand

that anxiety is proof that we are really alive and we are not a Swiss watch assembled to the millimeter

so as not to resent some failure in its operation, that with 4 steps we cannot solve the world around us,

but if we can solve what surrounds us in 4 steps and little by little and with effort to get a masterpiece,

because now each of us is the actor of a script from which achieving the balance between chaos and

tranquility is complicated from theory .

And although sometimes we lose the balance of our life, locked in a house and feel the need to go out

to breathe fresh air, we manage to resolve that concern ourselves. It is normal to feel this way, millions

of years ago we were able to survive because of our union as ethnic groups, which developed in

culture, society and technology by the fact of being united, although we are beings of war with

thousands of years of history rewritten by armed conflicts, we need of the support of the neighbor to

continue on our way and I know that the wait is eternal and sometimes we even think that this will not

end
